German Visa Requirements
Passport Information
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which Visa has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ROSTOUR will renew your passport (Fee's apply).
German Tourist Visa Requirements
Valid passport (an additional copy) with at least 6 months validity remaining
Fully completed application form
2 passport type photographs (no older than 6 months)
Valid US alien registration card or valid US resident Visa and one copy
Current bank statement and one copy
Proof of health insurance coverage for trips outside the US and one copy
Proof of group travel/hotel reservation/airline reservation and one copy
Business refrences (letter from your US employer, invitation from German company or organization, stating that it will bear all accumulating expenses)
Proof of hotel reservation and airline reservation and one copy
Please note: The embassy/consulate may request additional paperwork as deemed necessary
Germany Business Visa Requirements
