Passport Information
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee's apply).
France Tourist Visa Requirements
Valid passport with atleast 6 months validity remaining
2 Fully completed application form
2 recent passport size photographs
Proof of legal status in the United States (green card, valid visa, and an additional copy)
Financial guarentees, last 3 bank statements ( with a copy) and the last 3 paystubs (with a copy)
Proof of health insurance with medical coverage while traveling abroad (with a copy)
Confirmed hotel reservation (with a copy)
A letter from the travel agent is acceptable when the aplication is submitted to the approval of the local authorities. The original ticket must be presented when the visa is issued.
Please note: The embassy/consulate may request additional paperwork as deemed necessary
France Business Visa Requirements
Valid passport with atleast 6 months validity remaining
2 Fully completed application form
One passport type photo, 2" x 2" with a clear background, not more than 6 months old
A letter from the travel agent is acceptable when the aplication is submitted to the approval of the local authorities. The original ticket must be presented when the visa is issued.
Letter from the employer mentioning the date the applicant began working with the company and his positition.
An official letter from the French company and a letter from the employer stating that the applicant is going on their behalf and taking full responsibility for all expenses incurred during the trip for the return to the United States (with a copy)
Proof of health insurance with medical coverage while traveling abroad (with a copy)
Confirmed hotel reservation (with a copy)
